This is a 20 min legs and booty workout that is part of the 2023 Hourglass Challenge. There's 19 booty and legs exercises in this routine and you can follow this workout with or without weights.

If totally fine if you do not have any equipment. Just follow the movements without weights and familiarise yourself with the exercises and focus on your form. You can incorporate weights as you get stronger or when you manage to get them.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

Thank you Lord…today is my last day workout on the 2024 25 days weight loss challenge, although it took me 32 days, I’m soo happy I’ve finally completed 1 full challenge and dropped from 93kg to 87kg…definitely starting another challenge. Love and appreciate you Chloe 🙏🏾🫶🏾💗

And with this video I have finished the Hourglass 2023 Challenge ! It took me a month and a half to complete it. I was doing 3-4 trainings a week. So, don't feel pressured to exercise 5 days a week. For instance, my body isn't getting rested well during a 2-day break only. Plus, I am happy to work with heavier weights now. Good luck to everyone !

today is the last day of 2023 hourglass challenge. i did it. some days it was hard, i couldn’t even do 1 w/o, but i pushed myself to do SOMETHING. i never skipped when i started to watch w/o. my butty was at fire almost every butty day. actually i’d never wrote comment before, but i just thankful to chloe, to have her support and free w/o❤
i started to do w/o in 2020 like almost everyone here. and i’m still doing them, i can’t imagine my routine without them. of course i have breaks))
