6:28 i really like the point you were trying to make i actually was on a restrictive diet during my swimming training for a major competition i looked lean and happy and i never felt sad in general also my grades in schools also improved my brain fatigue.

Yup milk is for babies because their nutrition requirement is very less than you and calories to protein nutrition ratio but acha nai hai dahi ka 100 gram mai 2 3 protein hoga ghar ka ya packet dahi ka woh 11g protein woh thick curd mai hota hai like hung curd or yogurt

2:00 bhai jo bhi bola i felt sahi kaha maine v feel kiya hai mai 30 se 19.7 bf pe home workout krta hu ghar ka khana khakey trust me ghr aur v muskil hota hai jisse mujhe aur v deep samajh hua hai
Now dec 15 k baad mai gym lunga im exited kyu ki usme mera main focus back and triceps pe rhega
At the end im happy im lean abs mujhe acchey nhi lgtey and mera target 15 BF target hai
