I’m 11 and I’m trying to stay in fit cuz from 8-10 years old my family used to call me “a cow” and I pushed through now they ask me for tips I just wanna thank you I’m trying to get muscles in my legs and it’s hard but it’s working and worth it 🙏🏾🥵
