I was pleasantly surprised by how this workout really got my heartrate up. The 20-something minute length is really working for me so far, and of course, loved the dumbbells! A beautiful workout! 💪💚

got q nice sweat going and since I did arms with the Mrs my last workout this was the perfect follow up for lower body! LOVE this channel! its my go to for my workouts! Always great content and a boost!

I literally took lot of breaks in final round.. Hope so will make it next time.. Felt like my body was crying to stop it but i carry on.. Thank u..
