Great advice my thick eyebrowed brother. Don't underestimate the benefits of also walking around 10k steps daily. Major benefits and gives you so much energy to crush these exercises, especially leg day😎

For sure
Combine some equipments to get the basics covered
Cardio easy outside
Abs workout etc
A cali spot outside ( own body weight )
Push ups
Pull ups
Triceps

Hand gripper
