Hi everyone!

Hope you are all having a lovely day. I am so happy to be posting day 5 of the 7-day pilates summer challenge for 2024. This challenge offers various benefits both physically i.e improving core strength, enhancing flexibility, achieving a better posture and increased energy levels as well as emotionally i.e. helping relieving stress and improve focus.

All 7 videos are either 15 or 20 minutes long allowing it to be time manageable and fit into all of our busy routines.

Lidia provides us high quality content regularly with amazing workouts, no diet culture, and all you guys do is complaint over some litle flaws and the fact that she monitizes or uses ads? She has been developing and creating content for a reason, this takes her time and effort
She does what she feels is right ✨
She is not a public authority. Use your scrutinity over the government and keep our democracies accountable. It would me more useful

I lost almost all of my muscle mass from restriction and wasnt able to do most of the the easy/beginner workout videos on youtube. These videos give me a chance to start somewhere. Thank you!

I sadly completely stopped on this one. It was way too much on my supporting leg and not enough at all on the other. I hope to accomplish this work out some time in the future!!
