Low back pain is very rarely caused by nutrient deficiency. It's mostly caused by weak stabilizer muscles which loads a lot of tension in the lower back area.

Eyelid is spot on. Had abdominal cramps too (post menopausal so not THAT). Took magnesium and everything relaxed. Sleep better too. Thx!
