• Damage in the gut lining

If you're worried about a nutrient deficiency or vitamin deficiency, I would highly advise to just get a blood test done at the doctors or privately. For ages I had shortness of breath, heart palpitations nearly every day, headaches, muscle weakness, and in general being tired and lethargic. Turns out my folate levels were low and I had anemia, which I assume might be from genetics (as my dad has it and he's 50). After taking folic acid supplements for a month, I noticed an amazing change - I was able to go outside, not worry about my heart (anxiety-driven) and was able to start moving about, and the most important thing is, I felt ALIVE!!! If you're ever uncertain about a mineral/vitamin deficiency please get a blood test done and consult a doctor.

So, a few months ago I saw your videos on adding lemon to water, taking betaine hydrochloride, and Tudca has cleared up my gallbladder/bile issues! Now taking B3, probiotics for my red cheeks and rosacea. Thank you so much for helping me sort out the low bile, low acid situation, the whites of my eyes are now cleared up and are nice and bright again!

You know doc, with all these deficiencies that I have heard about over these years, having worried sleepless nights wondering what deficiency I’ll have when I wake up in the can’t believe I’m still working out at The 😮gym in my mid eighties. Thank you Dr. Berg! This is me for sure....no acid in my stomach, and I always feel better with ACV. I don't drink alcohol, and don't eat grains. I'm on Keto.
