First this looks amazing and so creamy 💕

1) Add 1 tin condensed milk, 90g unsalted butter, 100g light brown sugar, 1tsp salt and 1tbsp golden syrup to a large saucepan on a low heat.

2) Keep stirring the mix until melted and smooth.

3) Turn the heat to medium-high and keep stirring until it bubbles quickly and constantly.

4) Drop a small amount of the caramel into water, if it forms a soft ball it is ready.

5) Turn off the heat and stir it.

6) Enjoy!
