-1 tin condensed milk
-120g unsalted butter
-250g light brown sugar
-270g white chocolate
-1/4 tsp salt

Ingredients:
1 tin condensed milk
120g unsalted butter
250g light brown sugar
270g white chocolate
¼tsp salt (+ extra for sprinkling)

1) Line an 8x8" baking tin with baking paper.

2) Add the condensed milk, butter and sugar to a saucepan on a low heat and stir until melted.

3) Turn up the heat to medium/high and keep stirring until it bubbles and thickens.

4) Turn off the heat and stir in the white chocolate and salt until combined, and the mix is thick and creamy.

5) Pour the mix into your baking tin and smooth it out.

6) Sprinkle some salt on top.

7) Refrigerate for 2 hours minimum.

8) Enjoy!

Made this and beware: it is very, very, very, very, VERY sweet. Just know, I’m 11 years old and have a sweet tooth. It tastes pretty good, but I won’t be able to finish the tin
