I think this is probably the worst PopSugar workout I’ve ever done. The instructions were too fast and unclear.

I actually felt more of the burn on the stationary leg on the ground. Does anyone else have soar knees from this or am I getting old? lol

Have to say, I didn't enjoy this workout as much as I usually do. I think they should switched between legs throughout the workout instead of doing all of it on one leg at a time because it puts A LOT of weight/pressure on the knees (my knees are killing me after this and I use a mat). Also the instructions were TOO fast - literally the moment the workout starts they get into it, not 1 second is devoted to letting you know in what post to begin in/how to begin. At least I'm sweaty, though.

I loved this workout so much! The fact that there was so little break may be an issue to some people but for me it feels like I'm really working hard. I've been doing this for 3 weeks and I see the results, love it!

Not my fav at all. The instructor wasnt clear enough in her instruction, I kept having to look up to see what I was supposed to be doing. And because she wasnt staying in any position for long I was constantly realising I was either behind or totally wrong. Poor instruction, disappointing

Being anaemic, I find low impact workouts so useful to stay toned without getting a headrush every minute! Just the type of workout I wanted! :)

I wasn't a fan of this. The trainer needs to say when we will be doing an exercise on the OTHER side. I kept thinking it was just another set on the same leg and had to rewind to get the other one. Not clear enough and should demonstrate the move before starting to do the series.

Great workout. I am feeling it a little the day after. My wrists woupd hurt part way through but i would just get on my elbows and keep going. You could also do some of these moves standing and holding the chair if your arms tire early.

Abs & butt? To be honest, I felt this one in my arms mostly! Good to get the whole body, but it was a bit hard on my shoulders.

I usually love all the workouts even when they're challenging for me but this one was really bad :( The demonstrations were super rushed, it was shoulder intensive without breaks (which I would've liked a heads up on since I have shoulder problems), and this woman has got insane flexibility that threw me off balance the whole time trying to coordinate so I just wish she would have explained/adjusted the range of motion better to match the speed of the moves. I love popsugarfit, but if anyone looks at these comments to know what they're getting into I hope this helps.

I have a stress fracture in my foot and this was SO exciting for me. I have been doing modified workouts on my own but have missed doing videos!!! Thank you so much for this! I'd love to see more videos for people with injuries or decreased mobility.
