This 20 minute Victoria’s Secret Full Body Workout will give you a perky booty, tone your upper body including your abs. You can do this workout at home without any equipment and combine this victorias secret workout with my other VS Workouts for better results. This model workout focuses on toning the entire body and becoming slim and shaped. I included butt & upper body exercises that the Victoria’s Secret models always do before a shoot or a show.

I'm literally in love with this workout! I did it just once, and already my body is burning! I really recommend it! I want to do this workout for a week, so I’ll write the results.

start: 20/11/23 - 66 kg.
end: 28/11/23 - 63 kg.

update:

I haven’t lost a lot of weight, but I want to say that in a week it’s not bad at all! (considering my body structure, etc.), for me, this workout seemed more on the butt, and a little on the abs. thanks to this strong workout, I gained a little relief, and I started to feel my six-pack abs! This makes me very happy. Well, I can recommend this workout to you if you want relief and toned buttocks!

So pleased i found your videos, was never satisfied with yoga but now your burning workouts and set timer is just fantastic, as i find that pushes you to do it and not give in! I feel so good after doing these, plus i suffer from mental health issues and these exercises really help loads, thank you 😊

Just finished my day 2 today!! 🎉 God!!! My abs were so sore from yesterday!! 😭😭😭 Cuz I did a pilates workout with this!!

Work out was brutal and all of the exercises challenges you to the limit. I love it! Music is awesome too and so is the place where ur at. Gorgeous! I had a hard time keeping up and changing in to a new position. Your not talking so that means I have to always look at what ur doing. There is no encouragement., but it will work for ppl who don’t like to listen but only fallow I’m very strong on both so this won’t work for me. I always had to replay to get ready and start on time and there was no time for a break even if it’s 10 sec so it’s a great video but way out of my comfort of exercising routines. Other then that I loved the work out challenges. It’s to bad. Otherwise I would have fallowed you and worked out with u because u eft me breathless.

Doing this workout for 2 months i will update every day! I did it and it was kinda hard but after I felt SO proud of myself but I had to take a few pauses and drink some water 🤍 also if you think it’s hard to workout and ur always looking at the timer and how long time it’s left then cut a little paper piece and hide the numbers/ countdown so u don’t always check the timer and think it’s so hard to do this it helps me alot! Also YOU CAN DO IT! I felt like giving up 5 minutes in but I didn’t because I focused on the body I will get and how proud I will feel of myself later and that my body deserves to look good and feel good so DO IT 🎉

trying this for two months ill update weekly. Walking at least 1 mile a day and stretching along with this

Okay so im gonna do this workout for 1 week! tbh it seems really good workout because it really burns! I hope i will be okay tomorrow! I will update yall but im also on diet and it will help me more to loose weight and have a better body!

Day1:✅ (it burns a lot which means it works very well)

Day2:✅ (boy this burns A LOT press is so hurtful i could not workout till the end but no matter how hurtful is it just think about the results!)

Day3:✅ ( it was not easy but it was way more easier than yesterday i cant see results yet but i feel it ngl i dont have stomach fat at all and i have hourglass which makes it easier for me to have press so i think it will help me and people who don’t have stomach fat it will be easier for them to get press as well so i think if u have stomach fat it will be better if u do cardio and this workout i think it will help yall better srry for my English 💚)
