Him continuously saying “you’re gonna love me for this later” after he would EXTEND the seconds made me want to throw my phone at a wall

Lol at him claiming over and over again that „we‘re in this together!“ and then stopping every 30 seconds to „check“ on the girls. These girls rocked the workout! 💪

I was fooled by the low impact in the title for some reason :P Also the woman who did the high intensity in the back the whole time? Someone give her an award. She deserves it.

Had to take like fifteen breaks and stopped early a lot. This is what I was looking for, something to make me sweat and make me feel like I was working out. If I work on this everyday, I should be able to produce enough stamina and muscle to pull through this whole thing without stopping. Wish me good luck!

I absolutely love his attitude and energy, he really makes you feel motivated. I didn't mind him counting down like that, because I'm used to Jake DuPree doing much much worse! It was a serious burner, but it feels great.

All of you keep hating on him because of the countdown, but this workout is amazing. I do it 2-3 times per week and I can feel my butt burning the next day! These countdowns actually made me feel so much stronger because I thought I couldn't make it, but then I did every single time. Yay!

I've been doing popsugar workouts for nearly 6 months in quarantine, and I usually do the longer ones (45 mins). However this workout was extremely challenging and made me sweat more than some of those hour long ones. It really burned! I used a mini band on my thighs for an extra challenge and I couldn't believe how much my muscles burned in just 25 minutes! I will be saving this one to do again.

The instructor keeps confusing me by doing the weird "into" countdowns, and also just... leaving the workout ladies to do all the work? Lame.

This was an awesome workout! I wanted something fast, low impact, but still really effective and this was worth it.

Didn't mind the fake countdowns because Jake Dupree's "four" still has me traumatized in the best way 😂

I loved this workout! I love that he tells us to go slow and focus on form and control rather than going as fast as you can. It made me feel much safer and like I wasn't gonna accidentally injure myself flailing around trying to get the burn by going fast like with other trainers.

This workout kicked my ass today! Doing the mountain climbers towards the end was brutal! I didn’t like the fake counting down thing the instructor was doing, so I made my own countdown and stopped when necessary

Don’t get me wrong I enjoyed this workout but I would’ve enjoyed it more if it weren’t for his miscounting
