I don’t know why people hate this workout, I have been doing this for 2 weeks and I feel so much better. Yes the push ups and steps are excruciating but you CAN build up your tolerance trust me. I could barely do them for the first week. Amy is actually a very good trainer because she pushes you and is strict about it, without talking too much unnecessary stuff and beating the bush around. She’s to the point and gives the best workout. I love this so much!

Oh, no! Why so many hate comments?? This workout is amazing, hard, but amazing! About 3 weeks ago, I have started doing it, and I do it every day when I come back from school. And, yes, I can see a lot of diffrence, especily legs, which were my biggest problem, but abs as well, my tummy get smaller. Plus, my cellulite has gone, and my stretch marks are a lot less texturized and visible! My friends and family can see diffrence and they just keep asking me how the hell did you lost weight??? I love it! P.S. I do the workout every day, once a day!

I have a huge good news! My sister was being jealous of my body so she also tried this workout and walla, she lost 10kgs!!! OMG i cannot believe this 😭
She has been doing this for 1-2months!

This is usually my period workout because you don't have to jump or move that much but you're still effectively training the muscles. I love it

I’ve been doing this workout for a couple years now and it’s my favourite one! It doesn’t take too much time, and I had toned legs and stronger abs within weeks. This is the only workout I do, 3 times a week.

I started this workout two weeks ago and already seeing a difference! My legs/thighs are starting to thin out and my stomach is dropping. It's amazing work.. Hard .. But worth it.. My diet has pretty much stayed the same to besides dropping sugary sweets personally.. I can't wait for the next couple of weeks to see even more results! I don't get the hate tbh, don't knock it till you try it :) it's worth it in the end!

I love that Popsugar has been doing different types of 30 min workouts. Beats boredom and shocks different muscles. And 30 minutes is perfect. If you like this workout you will like Tracy Anderson workouts.

For around 2 months I've been doing this routine around once or twice a week (in combination with some other exercises,  mainly focused on low impact cardio, obliques and thighs) but I definitely see a difference in my thighs, they are a lot leaner and I think it has a lot to do with this workout. Thank you!!

im 15 year old and about to be 16 and im going through a very tough stage in my life with mental health isues. so over the christmas break i have choose to change my to be better and more healthy. im doing 4 things everyday to improve my mental health and my body image issues. and doing this everyday is on of the steps i love this workout i have been doing it for about a week now and i love it even tho it is hard it is perfect to me it opens up my helps making me be more flexible and as a ballet dancer the moment replicates many ballet moves and my flexibility has improved alot. (sorry for the huge essay but i just completed this workout and im tiered and felt saying thank you to this account)

This is the best abs and leg toner workout from Popsugar Fitness yet!! Thank God for Popsugar Fitness, because these are the only at home workout videos where I feel the burn and they're free, which is a double win compared to the at home workout DVDs I had to throw away!!

I've been incorporating this 3xs a week in my work outs. I do 45 mins cardio in the morning. I dance for a good hour straight during the day. Then at night I do abs legs and arms at home for an hour. 7 days a week for a month now I am 5"2' and started at 160. I don't care about how much I weigh but it's 150 but my stomach and legs look phenomenal y'all!

This was such a great low-impact workout; I felt challenged without having to gasp for breath or any of the other things that come with regular cardio, and I was so surprised how quickly the 30 minutes went. Thank you, Popsugar!

Starting today current weight:59 kg
Day 1: Not kidding, it's quite difficult but I am gonna keep going.

Day 2: Today was a bit better than yesterday, but I really shake and can't do with any exercise with the legs up but gotta to keep going!

Day 3: Today's workout completed 🥳

Did this for a week lost 1 and a half inches off my legs and 1 off my waist and 2 pounds



After my first week i was really sore could barely use the toilet but it was worth it cuz i feel stronger!
