Do not overestimate the 20 minutes! They are so so worth it! Bring her back for 30 and 45 minute workout please!

I need to confess that the first time I made workout with this routine I hate it (because I hada not enough experience on exercise) and two years later I can say that I love it and it's helping me to tonne my whole body. Thanks PopSugar Fitness, I love you all

Loved the workout, I sweat buckets! Just one thing: please refrain from using negative phrases like "I know you are tired" "I am tired too" "Are you tired yet?"..i felt like my energy levels dropped every time I heard the trainer say it. And my mind gave up before my body did. Otherwise, the workout was great and sweaty!

Staying fit is very important. Doing something well takes energy, and you have a lot more energy when you're in shape. I make sure I exercise regularly three times a week - it's the first thing I do when I wake up!

Just repeated this workout 3 times this morning, skipping cooldown and warm ups in-between. Got a vacay coming up in 2 weeks!
Usually just one round of this workout is tough enough for me.

I know this workout was uploaded 5 years ago but I decided to do it this morning and I feel amazing! Even after 3 hours, I can still feel the after-burn. I seriously needed to use every muscle in my body to do the curtsy lunges with the leg raise because balance and concentration is key. Also, I’ve been struggling to do a burpee but I was doing them beautifully in this workout. I never used to like body weight exercises but now I do. Added this video to my work out playlist lol ❤❤

I hate doing exercise but you guys make me feel better with your humor and how hard working you guys are! When I have to do exercise I just go to your channel and find videos so I can exercise! I love you guys

Challenging and sweaty! I had to cut the squats around the world short both times. This is a fantastic, high-energy workout. None of the exercises are complicated, but they do engage a lot of muscles.

This is a good full body workout. 👍 donkey kicks. I’ll probably incorporate this into the other popsugar workouts I do. I can see why some find it boring. It’s lacking the camaraderie seen in other videos. It’s also very quick and to the point. Don’t expect pauses or even a decent break.

Literally pouring with sweat ! Amazing work-out. Although @popsugarfitness just to mention one thing that kinda pull me back at times. My effort is definitely linked to my mental, especially when i'm out of breath and close from just giving-up. And when i hear from the trainer (Victoria) things like "my legs are dying" or other kinda stuff, i'll tend to just stop (which is no good i know), on the contrary, when i hear more encouraging words like "hang-in there", "almost done", i'll just give all i got. Anyway my point is, during work-out, maybe tend to keep it positive and encouraging, also in the words you say, cause they can make a difference. Anyway keep-up the good work! Cheers

Omg when it started with the burpee I thought "What did I get myself into?" But it was all worth it at the end!!! Feeling strong ladies!! Thank you Popsugar Fitness for this AMAZING workout!!
