Hey Sean i'm an avid mountain biker, and freestyle jet ski rider. i ride at a very extreme level and never stretch or lift weights. 27 year old guy feeling very sore for my age. your videos got me into yoga in order to help me progress even further in sports. wouldn't of done it without your videos. Thanks man

I just want to say you have made getting into yoga very attainable for me (someone who has NEVER been flexible or yoga inclined) and I just want you to know that I am super appreciative of what you do here!

Thanks Sean, my name is Gary, I live in Connecticut. I started doing your yoga programs last year. I personally found it much easier to wake up in the morning and put on one of your programs and get a workout right then and there instead of trying to get up the courage, energy, or whatever to go to the gym.
Unfortunately this is the first time I am actually checking in and I apologize about that. I am not usually one for words, but I again just wanted to say thank you for all your programs they have been very beneficial.

I know, it's not Monday. I couldn't wait to start the seven day challenge. Your programs (beginning yoga challenge and seven day yoga challenge) have reenergized my running. I feel great. I'm starting into the home stretch towards my 299 pound non-runner to marathon in one year challenge. I was getting tired, but you have picked me up with your yoga challenges. Thanks Coach Vigue!

Hi, Sean!  Thank you for your fun and challenging videos.  I'm 54 and weigh 288 right now.  I'm down from 388 during a really long journey, but I know I'm finally into my healthy habits for the long haul.  I did Monday's video today and even though I couldn't do it all, like you said, "I did more than I thought I would!"  I'm going to try the whole 7 day challenge.  Again, since I'm a beginner and still very overweight, I know I'll have to modify some, but I really love the way I feel after even doing all that I can at this point.  Just wanted to say thanks again, and also to challenge others like me not to be afraid to TRY.  That's all it takes to be BETTER, right?

I obtained an injury in my hand so looks like I'll be taking a small break from lifting and doing a week of yoga. Day1 let's goooo !!! God bless
