STOP Framework
1. Stop what you're up to. Take a pause.
2. Take a few deep breaths.
3. Observe yourself physically and emotionally. How does your body feel? Any tensions and tightness anywhere? What do your emotions say?
4. Proceed to make *your* decision as to how to respond to your anger

I struggle with anger alot since my dad is used to struggle too but despite leaning a little slow I’m gonna watch this video often so I can remember this information. Thanks. (FYI my dad is successfully controlling his anger.)

The problem is when I become angry, it's like a nuclear bomb is going off in my head. The breathing doesn't help. In fact, it's so intense, if I get angry once, it ruins my entire day. I can't escape the feeling of anger until the next day.

I struggle severely with anger. I get really angry over minor things, or even things I have no control over like bad weather. I’ve damaged or broken many of my belongings out of rage. I know it’s a bad method of releasing anger and that there are better alternatives, but when I’m in the moment of extreme anger, I tend to forget the more healthy methods of control, and instead react in destructive ways. It’s something I’m not proud of, and I really want to be able to keep it under control.

How do I keep my emotions under control I am dealing with a horrible housemate they press my buttons, they have no social Grace, their table manners are horrible they smack loudly, they play with their food, they walk up on me I have told them servel times that I dont like being touched But they refuse to listen I have both ADHD and Autism so I tend to get triggered really easily
