Today's Total Body STRENGTH Workout is made up of 8 killer supersets. The focus is on building strength and lean muscle tone by incorporating dumbbells and we will keep that heart rate up by adding cardio bursts between each superset woohooo! Grab those weights and follow along!

LOVED the format of supersets! Almost like a no repeat (to make all the lovers of no repeats happy) but great for those of us who like multiple sets. Made the time fly and I looked forward to seeing what the next super set was. My husband loves strength workouts!!!

For the record: I always press the Like button after completing a workout. Most of the times it's not because I truly like it but because I wanna be nice to Heather, and stay grateful to her. I love this longer format. Thank you so much Heather. I have been working out with you since March and you have so helped me keep saner and healthier while homeschooling and working from home. I need exercise for my mental health and your variation within and among workouts keeps me going.

I really liked this format with the twice repeating strength sets, and changing cardio bursts. The different strength combos paired well with one another, and really worked out the target muscles. Repeating the combo twice was a great way for me to really push my limit. Also the same for for the changing cardio burst, knowing that I only needed to one set caused me to go harder. Great workout Heather! (as always)

Hi Heather, I live in France and i discovered your vidéos 1 year ago, after my pregnancy and after the birth of my son. I just wanted to thank u for all the vidéos you've done because thanks to you i have lost all the weight of my pregnancy and i have a body that i like now... your vidéos are amazing thanks for all! This is one of my favorites from Heather! I love the supersets with cardio at the end. The programming keeps you pushing through, alternating lower and upper body so you get a little rest. It's a great workout!

All I want to say is another one going in my favorites. I fell off for months. I gained back 25 pounds. I tried other trainers and nothing. I feel like Heather Robertson is the best. She is tough but I am sore the next day and I feel like I actually worked out. I was sweating like crazy 😓 from every where from this one. Burned 285 calories. i burned 550 calories doing this workout!! that NEVER happens for me the most i usually burn is around 250... heather pushes me to my limits and i feel myself growing stronger everyday
