Today's TOTAL BODY STRENGTH Workout will combine both upper body and lower body strength exercises for an intense full body conditioning circuit. Using dumbbells only we will power through two rounds of this serious sweat sesh using light medium and heavy weights. Let's do this team! #strength #workout #homeworkout

Love this! It supplements my treadmill workout perfectly! I also really enjoy the format. I don’t like to repeat circuits more than twice due to boredom. Please create more of this type of videos. Thank you!

My limit is 45 minutes. I’m not a fan of an hour exercise( when I do an hour exercise I always do it outdoors ) This was the best so I can go fast walking with my friend outside just freaking hot to go further. As always, thank you Heather.
