3-4 Rounds
Child Pose - 8 Reps
Shoulder Taps - 8 reps (3 second holds)
Knee Push - 8 reps (5 seconds push/holds)
Pull Overs - 8 reps
Side Plank - 8 reps (3 second holds)
1 minute rest
