I actually love that resistance band when working on the hip flexors (Knee raises). The force of the resistance band is distributed back into your muscles and tendons. In my opinion great for someone looking to get FASTER!

After a year of Kneesovertoes training I fully regressed to an assisted slant board squat today, as I was unable to keep my trunk upright without. Defo targeted the knees much better!

For slant board squats, You can also use a zercher squat with an ezcurl bar … i hold better than front squat, it’s more aggressive on your lower trunk (posterior chain) and it hits the vastus medialis more directly.

You need to lose the big shoes to get full effect of sleds and split squats. I love the bands for the leg raises

I use KBs in the gym to do Tib raises, I also use them for the weighted knee raise, didnt get comfortable with a BB good morning, will try again with a dumbbell

good ingenuity with the band. I do similar tib raises, where I put a loop band through under-door anchor, then sit on my rear, put my feet up through the loops, and it gives a tremendous burn after 15 or so reps. I'm also working on nordics, using a trx extension strap with knot in it, under the door.
