Resonates with the old adage: "Pay attention to what one does, not to what one says."

This really holds true in a lot of fields.

Any thoughts on using the Swiss-ball Hamstring-Bridge Curl as a regression of the nordic curl?
Keep up the great content sir.

Shredded Sports Science should really let that sink in 🤣

This is why you should never take fitness advice from reddit, most of the dudes there dont even train and only theorize and talk about something they read in a "study". Almost everything I always read on reddit is based on theory and not actual practical application.

Idk what this guy's talking abt but dudes who do a lot of nordics are hot

I think it depends. Some people are more inclined towards certain lifts/skills and have more of an edge compared to other people. This is not including PED's. It sounds like a cop out but you can't apply the same advice if the person's morphology is totally different to yours. Like a 160cm 50kg guy doing a planche and you are 190cm 95kg trying to copy him, it's not gonna happen.

As the old saying you gota walk the walk. Would you take cooking advice from a "chef" who studied culinary arts but still sucks at cooking? Would you take sex advice from someone who studied sexology but is still a virgin? Would you go to a doctor who studied at medical school but has no practical experience treating people? Probably not. This applies to everything at life including training and fitness.

Enkiri has got some great strength and explosive athleticism but damn I don’t like his physique… 😂. I respect his hard work though

Plenty of great coaches who were average or less players and great players who were shit coaches, so I don't know if I buy this tbh

Yo Mr. Enkiri! How many of these can you perform in a row?!
It would be too cool to see you knock these out!

Opinion of Nordics? They're attractive but also tend to be Karens quite often

I like the message, but it's somewhat faulty logic and conveniently self-serving.

Bill Belichick has never quarterbacked a game of competitive football in his life, but I'm for sure gunna listen to him theorize and tell me how to do it.
