Well, that routine is definitely going to become a staple on my rest days! Great work, Julia. I especially liked the new exercises—Deep Lunge to Reach and Half-Kneeling TTN to Reach. At least, I don't recall seeing them in your content before, and both were a fantastic addition. Plus, what a beautiful location to record this at! I hope it was as peaceful as it appeared.

Lastly, you have a real talent for choosing the perfect background music for your routines. I have yet to watch a video where the music doesn't complement the workout perfectly.

Coach Julia! Almost 10 pm here on the west coast of the U.S-- your slow-paced & low impact will ease me into rest mode, and is just what I needed before drifting into Zzzz land. Ah, lest I forget. Your previous vid, that focused on hammies, has hit that upper hamstring attachment area just right, and I'm nearly back at 100% ouch free! I just love sprinting-- but not so much the random soreness of that upper hammy. Oh well such is the active athletic life! Stay Healthy Julia and bastante gracias!
