0:26 That's not a cup that's a small bucket haha. A cup measurement is 250ml, I am guessing that drink container will hold 500ml yeah? 16ish ounces?
OK I kept watching and you said it is in fact 16 ounces woooo no calories in black coffee, great for workout & fat burning though.
4:08 I love apple + cheese as a flavour combination - yum!

One thing I see you don't mention but 100% do is have something to eat from every colour of the rainbow, from red (bell pepper) through green (avocado/kiwi) to violet (blue berries). This is a handy guide to diet quality, as each colour typically represents a different source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, etc, all critical for body repair and sustenance.

The other thing not mentioned but you are clearly benefiting from here is the thermic effect of such a protein-rich diet. 20-30% of those calories are going to be expended just digesting them.

I just looked it up. And ur GF is correct about the bell peppers lol They first start out as green and then changes color according to the ripeness. Thanks for teaching me something haha.

Hey Jack, can I ask a question? So when you're cutting you go for the lower fat beef and then when you're on maintenance you go back to something like a 90/10 or 85/15. Is that just for the calories? Or the fat content specifically? Are we good to eat the higher fat beef regularly? Thanks!

I’ve been on a cut for a while now and down 30lbs but it still feels like I’m holding on to a lot of water. It’s visible in my physique and idk why. I cut my carbs down to around 130 and protein to 200 and I just can’t figure it out.
