Thank you, I’m trying to cut and this is my first attempt at overnight oats and I didn’t realize just how many calories can go so quickly into a jar!!

I could live off these my favorites bulking: peanut butter banana dark chocolate combos
Cutting: berries cooked w cinnamon a dash of cayenne nd stevia

3/4 oats cup - 218cal
3/4 cup whole milk - 120cal
1/2 cup Greek yogurt - 100cal
1 scoop protein powder - 120cal
1tbsp chia seeds - 128cal
1tbsp honey -64cal
2tbsp peanut butter - 188cal
1 whole apple - 95cal
Total - 1033cal

Making bulking one tonight but using jam instead of peanut butter. Let you know how it goes
Update: Jam was ok but Nutella and a little chocolate sauce with strawberry for garnish was so good. Also added a little salt. Would recommend! Thanks bro!

to add a few more calories if ur bulking, add a couple more tablespoons of honey + pb
