10 Exercises (5 Strength & 5 Cardio)
Alternating between Strength & Cardio, 30 Seconds Each
10-15 Seconds Recovery In Between
2 Sets
BLOCK 2
6 Floor Ab Exercises
20 Seconds Each
No Breaks!
BLOCK 3
Cardio Topper!!
5 Cardio Exercises (The 5 we did in Block 1)
30 Seconds Each
