We're getting shredded in 30 minutes with some fun, super effective HIIT, multi-muscle, full body exercises. Ready? This is what this workout looks like:

3 Blocks:

BLOCK 1
10 Exercises (5 Strength & 5 Cardio)
Alternating between Strength & Cardio, 30 Seconds Each
10-15 Seconds Recovery In Between
2 Sets

BLOCK 2
6 Floor Ab Exercises
20 Seconds Each
No Breaks!

BLOCK 3
Cardio Topper!!
5 Cardio Exercises (The 5 we did in Block 1)
30 Seconds Each

Another excellent Hiit workout! You hit it all with strength, cardio and abs. Love it when you do the big three. And my brain thanks you for the awesome workout it gets doing the combos. Your classes are so engaging, fun and effective. Before I know it the class is over and I feel very sweaty and worked and ready to take on the rest of my day!💪❤

Always amazing and creative! It really makes me want to call these funouts, but I don't think it would market well. Except to clowns and comedians and they are too niche.
