▸ Time: 30 Min
▸ Equipment: Dumbbells (optional)

▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 Seconds. After 10 Seconds of Rest continue to the next move.

1. Warm Up 0:00 - 05:32
2. Workout 05:32 - 31:18
3. Cool Down 31:18 - 36:08

I think I've never really pushed myself before. I was more a not-a-challenger in workout until I followed ur channel last year. Its been a journey! U dont know how I pushed myself to be stronger AND YES I BECAME MORE STRONGER than i was last year. This leg routine is everything a good mix of standing and some exercises on the mat. Also love the change of pace during the workout it makes the time fly. Thank you so much my legs are so warm I was literally able to feel every leg muscles during the work !!!
