Thank you for this workout! Abs workout are my favourite! And this one wasn't as difficult as some other workouts before, because I knew that I had to do only 20 sec intervals

Woke up late for my morning workout but better late than never! Anna is by far one of my favorite virtual personal trainers...abs are on I'm sure my legs will be on fire tomorrow after leg day! No pain no gain

I'm so excited!!! I can finally do all the workouts, even the hollow hold at the end. I'm almost couldn't breathe, but I did it!! 😆😁😁 I noticed that Anna lifts her shoulders off the floor on the floor exercises, so I started doing the same. It burns, but it works and I've gotten stronger. Hope to see some abs soon.

Ich habe deine Workouts erst kürzlich in mein Programm aufgenommen und muss sagen, ich bin begeistert. Du bist so spot-on mit deinen Übungen, they target and exhaust exactly the muscles they are supposed to, instead of being all over the place😀(manchmal kann man es in Englisch besser auf den Punkt bringen, gell😉).
