Leaky gut caused Histamine and Salicylite intolerance for me. Dark chocolate and curcumin are both a no go for me sadly. :(

Tumeric i take the most advanced form Longvida Tumeric yet it does not help with gut issues like SIBO.. but it helps with my muscle aching and headaches
