Omg yes. He was miserable, paranoid, lazy and raging. I was happy, loving, generous, kind, hard working and an empath. At the end there was the personality switch. I was angry, paranoid and couldn't work. Also depressed and anxious. I became him. Awful. I left him and the country he lived in. 7 months later I am trying to rebuild. It a challenging process.

I not only lost who I was when I was with her, and it's 10 yrs now, but I no longer recognize who I am anymore.

Yeah. They constantly try to make you their supply. If you choose to give into it, then they end up releasing the anger they felt to you. It's better to disengage from them all together.

Could you do a video on Malicious Compliance. Its a covert move one that goes kinda undetected and. Can't be seen... I describe it as this...everyrhing is going fine issue comes up ya set a boundry or discuss it it blows over abd when the coward leaves...you get a rant and rage from hell or they wont do something they said or they sabatoge your plans by procrastinating or messing you up some how....with very good xcusses or making you think they are incapable or they cant do something and it is under awareness non verbal....you cant put your finger on the something that happens over and over and over.. I found out that it is on purpose and INTENTIONAL..

Yeah I've got a covert in my daughters mum (figured it 2020). It's called "reactive abuse" when you they poke and prod with their toxicity until you snap become a little abusive yourself. I've definitely got the same personality swap mirroring me thing going on where she's been pretending to be me in many ways around our daughter for years since we broke up - she's even doing it in court!

thanks in a caravan situation feel stuck got a neighbor who has used anger and all sorts of horrible stuff shutting off washing machines, then she was turning of my power to the caravan and boy went over and put a stop to it, now one camera up by my bedroom window and a tie holding down the power box IF I COUD GET OUT I WOULD NOT MARRIED TO THIS COUPLE NOT MY BLOOD FAMILY AT ALL AND WHERE TO GO AND HOW TO GET PROPERTY IS WHERE I AM UP TO DETERMINED TO RUN FAST LITTLE TO NO CONTACT JUST THAT WE ARE IN THE SAME CHURCH. I wish I had had this knowledge 8 years ago ! I have it now, and good bye to the anger and hurt that they projected on me. My family could tell a difference. They didn’t know why I suddenly became that way. If you have kids, teens especially, watch out if their moods all of a sudden change. They could be dealing with bullies or have narcissistic friends, not just them being moody. My niece had been getting like this, she told me this boy was constantly after her, mean, nasty, pressuring her. She didn’t want to be mean back and didn’t know how to get rid of him. Her aunt ( me) took control and she Faced Timed him. I told him to leave her alone, or her dad can pick up the pieces left after I get done with him. My niece hasn’t heard from him since and she is back to her kind, loving self!! I’ve been teaching her the red flags etc I never knew about it.

Mine stopped talking to me over something he only cares about himself in (bad situation with one of our kids) and it’s AMAZING! He records me every day at pickup illegally but there’s nothing to record because without him poking me I’m calm, happy and 100% rational

My covert ex best friend proved to me money isn’t everything because she was always jealous of me and had so much more than me.

She would pay tons of money for clothes yet I would get more compliments from shein outfits.

She would boast at paying for expensive holidays but yet I would explore more than her for half the price

She would bash my fitness lifestyle while complaining about being overweight

She would try to imitate my words and ask me how I would deal with every situation under the sun just so she would know how to act. It was like she genuinely didn’t know how to have relationships with people, she would have to be told…right here you show empathy..I would spend time getting to know someone like this…she didn’t know how to do any of it.
