This is a Jon-Kabat Zinn style Mindfulness Meditation. As you listen you learn to value the transient nature of life and realize that you can tolerate anything for the moment. It's great for those who may have tried silent meditation and found it difficult. Traditionally, mindfulness meditation is done with your eyes closed. However, the video offers you the ability to refocus your thoughts should you feel the need to open your eyes. 15 Minutes

This meditation is simply profound! It feels much longer than 15 minutes. My whole life up until now flashed before my eyes in snippets and I felt deep appreciation for all that I have been through, all the challenges, moments of joy. I cried tears of relief, opened my eyes and looked around to feel TOTALLY, FULLY & COMPLETELY PRESENT in the moment. A deep sense of peace fills me, wraps all around of me.

I liked this meditation. Many video meditation leaders use a creepy whispery voice that sounds like they are falling asleep. A normal tone voice is perfect. Also many videos have the music too loud. This uses quiet gentle unobtrusive music. Very nice.

Im very new to mindfullness, but while I was listening to this I started crying. The part where you should take the love you have within you and turn it towards yourself was overwhelming to me. I realised I´ve never been kind to myself. The self acceptence in mindfullness brings this kind of meditation to a whole other level.
Thank you for making something so important and usefull, I feel really blessed to have found this and been able to take part in it. Keep doing awesome work! Love

Excellent meditation.  The music did not overpower the words or vice versa.  Loved the part about turning the love and compassion back on to yourself...lovely way to end a lovely meditation.  I feel really peaceful, loving what is,  even in a house with noisy roomates!!  Thanks so much.

This is an excellent condensation of Jon Kabat Zinn's Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. This video touches concisely on every aspect of MBSR in a short format that is great for a mid-day pickup, or anytime a longer format won't work. Most importantly, the directions are in a neutral voice, as Dr. Zinn teaches. MBSR at its core is about being neutrally mindful and non-judgmental in observation while traveling through constant change. MBSR is not intended to "take you" anywhere. By sitting in neutrality, "there" comes to you. I have just completed an 8-week MBSR course, and Dr. Panagotacos has completed instruction with Dr. Zinn. This is very well done. I do this practice at lunch every day.  I'd love to see this in an hour-long format, too, where there is more space between guidance to be contemplative.

Amazing. I'm new to mindfulness and meditation, but for a moment I almost felt I was floating on a cloud, almost like I was floating around aimlessy in space with only myself and my experiences to think about. I'm so weird... Awesome stuff anyway! Thank you.
