In this 15 min guided meditation, you'll use mindfulness and the focus on the breath to help increase your concentration and clairty for work, school, and general productivity. In 15 minutes, practice your attention to help clear the mind of distraction and gain laser like focus. This guided meditation is without music, and is voice only.

Man I wish the algorithm would push these vids when searching for 10 or 15 min meditations. No woo energy healing chakra lifting BS, no constant chatter, no distracting music (I sometimes play brown noise or my own less-distracting music in the background of these). The yt meditation space would make a newcomer think mindfulness is pseudoscience, when that couldn't be further from the truth. This is really where it's at for getting the full benefits of a regular meditation habit.

Direct, no annoying music, and a simple (also not annoying) voice. Highly recommend.

I wasn't sure if I had slept off during the meditation...but after completing it, felt extremely light and relaxed

Thank you so, so much. I've been using this meditation for about two weeks (a little irregularly but still) and when I first started, I couldn't focus my mind on my breaths at all. I'd wander all over the place and jump right out of my skin when your voice told me to refocus, but I've just done it again now, AND I COULD DO IT!!! When you'd say 'you may feel your thoughts wandering' or 'refocus on your breathing' or something I was just like, HA I already am. Furthermore, in school today I was doing a film study essay and stopped and unfocused for a second before realizing quite quickly what I was doing and reconcentrating. I like to think it's because of this. It feels like such an achievement. Really appreciate the effort you put into these videos. Subcribing!

Having a distracted thoughts/focus has been my problem. This meditation helped me alot. Very simple. I love that it has no music, just perfect if you have anxiety and wants to still feel ground but at the same time guided. Thank you! :)

i love how simple and good this is. My daughter likes music in her meditation, so I'm going to try playing this over something else for her.

I'm studying for a tough competitive exam, it is helping me a lot to calm my mind! I'm going to do this everyday. This is my 2nd day of this meditation!

Just a couple hours ago I was trying to meditate using one of those 12 our videos here with God frequency or something like that and some beautiful heavenly, center of the universe sounding type music. And I remember noticing that I was so used to using those tracks that I was focused more on the music and it's not really able to focus on nothing. And I made the comment to myself that I shouldn't focus so much on the music that rather on my breath. So just then, I did a search for guided meditation for focus and this one came up. It dawned on me that I've never once heard a guided meditation without music. It was so incredibly uncomfortable for me!😂😂 But I'm subscribing and I will come back to this because I think there's a lot of value in that for me. Thank you! 🙏

I knew what needed to be done today and did not want to allow myself any distractions, this helped laser beam my focus. Thank you.

Great meditation, I've been practicing for years and I love the simple approach because this is what true meditation consist of in my opinion, to find everything in nothing and realize nothing is everything, if one can truly believe and find the true essence of what makes us us this short focused meditation if practiced regularly can forge an unbreakable tool to reach this space of true freedom from ego and worldly a oxymoron because we are here to explore and grow on this physical plain through material pleasures but once obtained one realizes the more material pleasures one obtains and owns fills a bottomless pit of despair and loneliness and only then can one grasp their true mission which is a spiritual journey to release oneself from the very thing he wholeheartedly believed would make him whole.

I have a mentally challenged son. This was the first time I saw him being able to meditate so peacefully
