if you are someone like me who feels skeptical about mindfulness meditation every now and then..
Trust me, this one is really good. But please make sure you follow the instructions and avoid distractions.

If you are patient enough and manage to sit still and focus on breathing (eventhough your skeptical mind urges you not to)
you will be rewarded with a peaceful state of mind.

To anyone who is reading this. I wish you all the best in your journey inwards!

Thank you so much for this meditation. I've had such anxiety all day and my usual interventions weren't working. I turned off all the lights, sat down and listened to you. My anxiety is much eased. I hope your day is good.

I know... you got a lot goin on up there right now. That’s ok. It’ll all peice itself together on it own. Let’s just take a minute together and let your thoughts go where they want. Just as if you’re letting your kids outside to play, just open that door and let your thoughts run free for a minute. They’ll go where they feel like right now.. you have nothing to ponder right now. It’s an empty mind relaxing on that hammock. Trust me on this- You’re gonna accomplish everything you set out to AND MORE. You’ve got all the time in the world to get everything you want Done and more. You are exactly right where you are supposed to be at this moment in time. I feel really good about where things are headed for you now. Just let everything take is corse and enjoy the ride on the way there. You’re gonna have lots of fun. You did it! 🙏

I love your voice and you are so clear and easy to understand, you ask, WHAT ARE YOU FEELING,
And all I ever feel is fear, fear of uncertainty, fear of what might happen, that’s what I can’t let go of, I was brought up on fear by a mother who made me feel her unknown fear and I just feel stuck. Do you have any videos to help with coping with fear of the unknown, thank you for all that you do, bless you ❤

Welike your different kinds of guided meditation. Your voice is loud and clear.. Your guide is easy and simple to understand, but it would be more reassuring if you please let us know your background and qualification because there are far too many many guided meditations, mindfulness on the web one is not quite sure how qualified and knowledgeable these people are!! Many thanks.

Thank you for this relaxing meditation I am stressed and really need to focus.teaching 40 teenage boys cookery for exam and last week was chaos, but Monday is a new day and the past is the past.
