I’m a skinny girl. Did this exercise everyday for 2 weeks and my legs and butt got a little bigger. First week my mom recognized that me legs and butt got bigger!!!! This works!!!!

I did this along with the official wider hips workout. I also added 5lb ankle weights and a waist trainer. Gonna do those two everyday for a week, all the same. Gonna update now that I have all the equipment. Thank you, this workout really kicks some ass! 👏 (today was day 1 btw)
