Holy moly I am in great shape I squat a ton, run and do dance cardio like a mad woman, and I swear this workout kicked my absolute rear end. I did it after another 10 minute cardio dance work out with pop fitness. Tracy killed it!

This workout is not for the faint at heart. It is not for beginners or weaklings.  And it is one of the best butt workouts on YT!  Although my first attempt was lackluster,  I'm committed to doing this at least 3x week. I love a fitness routine that's challenging and fun.  This is it!  Tight and toned in 10 mins! Try it you'll like it!
