today we're doing a low impact (apartment friendly!) leg workout! I was smiling on the outside but crying on the inside, because it's an INTENSE one. My legs were burning haha! it's a follow along workout so you can copy what I'm doing & train with me! if you ever feel like you need more rest, an extra break or modify an exercise - do so! it's time to get started sooo.. are you ready to LEVEL UP?

SO PROUD OF MYSELF, the first one I did without any breaks! No break because I can’t keep up, no water breaks, didn’t change any exercise… I DID IT!!!! And I use a light resistance band! I want to workout, but have no idea what to do, so I follow your videos from your first upload! Last week I workout 3 times, this week my goal is 4. I love your videos ❤️

Hi Soph! Soooo the other day I tweaked something in my upper back doing burpees toward the end of a 40 min workout. I’m trying to avoid moving much of my upper body because I’m hurting pretty bad, but I don’t want to skip days of working out and fall behind on my goals 😫 would you recommend doing something like this workout to still get some work in? Or are there any exercises you could recommend that keep a stable spine?
