Hey guys just wanna let yall know it actually works and the 30 day challenges are even better i have been doing bully juice workouts since june and i used to be 153 pounds now im 142.6!!! So yeah lost exactly 10.4 pounds

I have been using your videos everyday without fail, no exceptions, for two years straight, a minimum of half an hour a day. It was very difficult at first and my body was more than a little sore but I kept at it. I'm in great shape now and I have no plans of stopping.

Thanks to you I can keep up with my kids and show them the importance of exercise. My wife, beautiful and fit as she is, has also joined me and we can now add working out to the list of things that we can bond over.

As someone who didn't do sports growing up, incorporating exercise into my everyday routine has always been difficult, especially since a lot of fitness stuff associated and marketed towards women is all about losing weight and "looking better". Not a great motivator especially when I've never known what it feels like to exercise without those thoughts in my head, but these workouts make me feel stronger physically and mentally!!! I'm excited to take it to another level once things start really opening up where I am! THANK

been doing your workouts for almost a month now and im starting to see progress. I started growing arm muscle and got a lot stronger im able to do more push ups that before and im able to lift heavier now. I lost some belly fat and look a little bit better. im starting to grow leg muscle now. and my cardio has improved a lot. thanks for all the workouts its really helped me :)

DAY 102/12. (3rd time on the challenge) What a transformation it has been. Not only have I lost weight. going from 78.6 kgs at start to 69.4 kg as of today, but I can see considerable amounts of cuts in the chest shoulder and back, visible abs and tummy tuck, better breathing, stonger legs and more stamina. I love it. its become an addiction. I only supplement this with 20-30 mins of yoga/stretching

I have been doing this routine for the last 3 months obviously taking a few breaks between days and totally worked out for me only with free weight lifting weights and a few minutes of this cardio and another videos from YouTube, totally Worth it the hard work
