I really like these 10 minute workouts / that format! If you don't have much time, 10 minutes are perfect. If you have more time, it is a lot of fun, e.g. to do 3 different sessions in a row and you then have the opportunity to choose the respective muscle groups you would like to train.
A great approach that you have come up with here for us!
You always manage to surprise us and combine effective training with fun - Heather, you are and will simply remain our best!❤️
