Those stretches are very helpful. I do them daily, along with the pendulum swing exercise. Have severe arthritis and bone spurs in my left hip and I have noticed improvement. Oh, and keep rambling on!

The RN @ The Orthopedic Sports Medicine told me physical therapy will NOT help Osteoarthritis in my hip. I have been doing all of your exercises for Quads & hips and am feeling a lot better. Thanks

Leaning out over knee can do damage to knee. Keep 90 degrees of knee, move other leg back and drop pelvis...safer and just as effective.
17 yrs teaching yoga, alignment focused....love the rest of the moves.

I just watched a different physio video where it was said these are exactly the kinds of exercises which impinge on the hip joint, particularly groin, that aggravate the joint and should be avoided.

thanks -with hip replacement maybe wont try these - wish I could still hang upside down - but with no pain anymore -worth it

These two therapists are very helpful in keeping us healthy..these exercises have made my hip arthritis pain more minimal than it was.
They both contribute so many ideas that it is very enjoyable to learn from them..they make exercising not a chore but a pleasure! That is indeed amazing.

Can not bring knee to chest can't even put the sock on . Bless all that are dealing with this.
I followed these guys directions for the pariformis issues i was having. Started the stretches and it was gone in a few days

I am young but had a hip that was so bad, it had cysts in the hip and the femur and had zero cartilage. I used to do these and my surgeon thinks that is why I had a decent range of motion AND was still walking. I have a metal hip now and I can actually walk. I feel amazing.

Listen idk if its coincidence or if these actually are helping, but I spend everyday in constant pain and have a hard time sleeping at night... I work on my feet all day... Sometimes the pain is unbearable. I started doing these stretches about 4 days ago, I literally feel 75% better... I often thought it wasn't my hip joint that it was the surrounding muscles in this seems to be confirming it.. Added with a couple aleve I am almost pain free... Thank you

Thanks guys! I thought my right side hip was the tight side because that’s where the pain is but when I did these exercises my left side is tight. Good to know!

Thanks I need help with my left side hip soreness. It feels like a "hip pointer" what ever that is. The most important part of this video is them having a PACKER CUP on the back shelf, go pack go!!!
