Hi Lucy, I do this moves since the 10 min posture workout every single day as bad posture is a big problem for me. And it works! I feel I'm even taller and my shoulder pain is gone. Thank you so much ❤🌞

I have been doing this posture reset everyday since it landed. I have had problems with my shoulder for a long time and even after one session it had more mobility and less pain.
I have also been doing atleast 2 of your 5 minute routines every morning in 2023. Your standing abs are brilliant- 3 c sections mean I struggle in this area but definitely seeing an improvement.
I love the idea of building your own programme from your array of routines. It's something I will continue.

Good morning Lucy this is just what I needed. I've always had poor posture. I will never forget how ridiculed I was from a personal trainer who was running buggy fit classes for new mums. She singled me out and described me as an old lady in front of the other mega fit mums. I drove home in tears, needless to say never to return. Now I'm one of your regular followers and this work out is just amazing. I definitely feel taller and will try and maintain a straight back when wfh. Lucy, you are such a lovely person who always inspires us and emits so much positivity and kindness. Thank you ❤

I have been noticing my shoulders have rounded and also at the base of my neck. I feel like I look 10 years older and am so sad. I wish I'd noticed this video sooner. I have loved your videos and your style as a trainer for many years. Please make more posture videos!! It's something you don't think about until you need it. We spend soo much time looking down!

As a constant computer user this is great for me! I've been following along with some of your 7 minute belly exercises for about half a month now to get 'a little less squishy' as I like to put it (so far so good), and recently started doing your 5 min knee pain exercise as well. Adding this one to my list!

I salute u again Lucy - my posture and I thank u very much! A couple of weeks ago a friend noticed my posture was getting very round shouldered - since then i’ve made a conscious effort to lift and pull back my shoulders … i feel the difference both in height / and sucks the old tummy in but also less neck / shoukder ache. Now i’ll add this workout to my daily ones too to keep the shoulders and me straight 👏💪😀
