This is great advice. I used to always carry my golf bag on the one shoulder. Was constantly straining my neck doing pull ups and pressing exercises and couldn’t work out why. Was a simple fix!

Great exercises and perfect video! Thank you! Posture becomes big problem these days and while it is inevitable to use mobile phones, computers, etc. at least we should pay attention on how we use them. Doing these exercises is also must in any case.
