This is a 5 min workout to improve your back posture!
It’s a quick back workout with a mix of strength exercises and stretches to improve your posture. This workout helps you to get a straight back. It's good for neckhunch, rounded back, rounded shoulders and hunchback.
You can do all of the exercises standing up or on your knees - do them as you feel more comfortable🤗
We do have 10 second breaks in between each exercise, as usual! 😊 And you can repeat the exercises as many times as you need ❤
This is what you can expect from this workout:
- 30sec of exercises and 10sec of breaks
- Standing exercises
- Exercises to improve your back posture
- No equipment
- No talking, so you can just enjoy the music!
