Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing.
Please remember every body is different and we all progress at different rates. The fact that you have shown up and completed this workout is incredible. You should be very proud of yourself for taking the steps to improve not only your physical, but also your mental health.

I've been doing your workouts for 1 week now, mainly the abs/lower abs ones, and my body has literally transformed like I didn't think possible. I tried out another app with yoga/pilates for 3 weeks straight and all I saw was increased flexibility, but with your workouts in 1 week I have actually seen my body change! Thank you sooo much. I try to do at least 3-4 5-7 minutes workouts per day, my stomach is literally flat which I never thought possible again after having my daughter. I've tried everything to get rid of the excess belly pouch and your workouts have worked, thank you so much 🥲

This isnt the first time you've tried to do exercises from Miss Lilly's channel, but this time you won't give up.

Heres a documentation of how its going:
Day 1: It was a little difficult but you got through it, keep ot up soon, you'll have accomplished your goal.

YOU MADE IT TO YOUR SECOND DAY GOOD JOB🎉

Day 2: it seems a little bit easier even tho it was only your second day, your body felt pretty stiff but you didn't stop, you kept going. Once again you couldn't do all of the exercises but you're doing a great job.

You made it to your 3rd day very late but at least you made it.

Day 3: it was definitely a lot easier you made it through with minimal breaks, although you still can't do the 3rd squat exercise youre doing a good job.

You made it to day 4 although it was a little sloppy at least you made it, so good job

Day 4: was poorly done you made it through half of the exercises, but it's alright because you did some before. Don't let this discourage you just keep going.

You made it to day 5 AWESOME.

Day 5:You still cannot do they 3rd squat exercise and that's perfectly fine, you're doing everything else wonderfully. Keep it up.

You made it to day 6, you're almost at a full week.

Day 6:Day 6 you did all of the exercises and for almost the full time, you're doing great.

Welp we're just not going to count this day even tho you made it and that's wonderful, just keep going.

Day 6.5? Anyways This day you made it through all of the exercises with minimum very minimum breaks and the burn is real and it feels amazing.

YOU MADE IT TO A FULL WEEK CONGRATULATIONS🎉🎉🎉🎉

Day 7: You're ecstatic that you made it to your 7th day and tbh it's absolutely lovely you made it to 7 days, the workouts are getting easier, it's not even considered a challenge at this point, anyways keep going for another week and then you'll be done with this video❤❤❤
