I'm a busy mom of 2, these quick HIIT workouts are perfect for a quick workout that works up a sweat and leaves me feeling good and energized. Amy, you look fantasitc! Thank you for continuing to put togehter excellent and motivational workouts for us. Throughout your training you remain a cheer leader "Let's go team!" and are always so helpful with the low impact or high intensity options that taylor to everyones ftiness levels. Love this one! I do a 10 minute quick HIIT workout every afternoon that matches the morning calendar workout. I haven’t done this one in a while and had forgotten how much it gets my heart pumping! Such a good workout for cardio day!

I've done this one several times since it came out. I *really* like the format--it's easy to follow, and the different intensity levels get my heart pumping. I'd love to see more short and medium-length workouts like this! Thank you, dear Amy.
