Hii Awesome workout! Short but effective! I have a question. So i started working out recently(the whole body) and today i noticed my calves have become thicker(i really dont want them to get any thicker). Can u explain what is happening? I'm not too strict on my diet so is it fat i'm putting on? I can't be gaining muscle this fast, right? I'm really curious and worried. I only want lean legs, not bulky...i dont want to offend anyone, it's just my preference ❤️❤️ thanks in advance

Hi Kristen -some of the ab workouts hurt my back even though I try to keep my back on the floor; do you have any tips on this; maybe I am doing something wrong? - by the way, I love all of your videos, they are really great. Thank you!
