Que bueno que hagan otra así pero con peso. Por que tengo entendido que si se le pone peso se crea la hipertrofia muscular. Se los agradecería si lo hacen amigos excelente canal muy buenas rutinas.

Cuando muestran la rutina con los tiempos de ejecución y de descanso es maravilloso me encantan. Felicidades que canal tan estupendo ayudan mucho a los que hacemos ejercicio en casa.
