This is what I experience but instead of getting any apologies especially sincere apologies from these kinda individuals I have to apologize instead especially if they abused me mentally they're always the victim and act as if they're perfect . I have trouble trusting people because of the trauma and gaslighting . Find myself in deep pain especially in my stomach. I have deep depression, anxiety, diabetes, headaches, earaches, ed, insomnia yes the smear campaigns n gangstalking. Been framed by narcissistic father he has fsad he puts on . If people only knew the actual him or maybe they do but doesn't care or getting paid to harm me .

NVS, huh? It sounds like something made up by narcissists.
I've seen narkys do a lot of damage to perfectly good people, and even cause death.
But I've never seen one do much good,
for anyone except him or her self.

I would like to know more about a specific aspect of mirroring. It took me a while to catch on to it but when I did I started testing it out. I don’t have this extravagant vocabulary but I have been told I use a lot of uncommon words. Well I notice my ex would start using them but throwing them back at me? For instance I would say “you have been berating me for hours” never in the 5 years together had she ever said that word but after that first time I said it the next fight we were in she would use it as if I was doing it. We would fight so often I started using more uncommon words I know I had never heard her say and it happened again and again. It got to the point I would say something in the wrong context or even look up synonyms just to mix it up and sure enough it was right back at me.
