Full Body STRETCH // Great for TIGHT HIPS!

It's time to slow things down and get in a relaxing full body stretch! Prevent injury, promote recovery and improve flexibility with today's stretching routine. I'm spending some extra time targeting those tight hips of mine. Be sure to listen to your body and work at your own pace. This is a great way to start your day or to complete post workout.

I love the yoga stretching mix. I agree that your voice is so soothing and kind and the background morning jazz, birds chirping, outdoor cafe music sounds are uplifting and relaxing. Thank you so much- great stretches and good length of video just long enough and not overdone (we can always pause if we need to hold a few seconds longer). Your videos are gifts to my body and soul. I have long suffered from lower back pain after running and knew that stretching helps. I do this stretch after every run and I literally have no pain. I just build in the 12 minutes into my workout time. Exceptional video! Thanks Heather.
