This just hit me so hard.. for years i thought my willpower was weak but it's not. The DIETS are weak. They're all designed for a man's 24-hour hormonal cycle, not for a woman's body that changes all month! I started eating differently depending on the time of the month (like more carbs/comfort foods before my period instead of fighting cravings) and for the first time ever my body doesnt feel like it's fighting me constantly. I got this whole method from a book, 'Fat melting formula by Henry Gray'. It’s like the user manual for our bodies we were never given. Seriously life changing.
