Use shredded cabbage corn frozen fresh tinned n washed corn kernals can also be frozen in ice block containers. Likewas shredded cabbage swallow water mineral water soda water .dont chew do it same as taking non chewable tablet body can not absorb or breakdown these things. No cals etc goes straight through if done this way. Also taking additional laxettes while doing that or not throws totally everything out. Cheers ellie.

Remove fast food and eat lots of fruits and vegetables is the major first step. Focus on the veggies and steer clear of fruit juices. Snacks are okay if they are low glycemic index veggies. Of course there are exercises like the plank and walking 30 min is great too. Just remember to take your walking slowly at first if you have hip or joint issues.

Good morning and thanks for the video… yeah I’m on the sleep training part I’ve pretty much done all the others. The no snacking part and eating enough protein for me has been the biggest help. Now if I could just give up that dark chocolate on weekends

Always so helpful and motivating to watch you, Autumn! I do well with all your advice except for the sleep one. Inthinknitnhas something tondo with having 4 kids 😂. And its worse now that they're teens and mid-life stuff is hitting.

Do you have samples or your protein powder? I've never found a protein powder that doesn't taste horrible to me so I'm hesitant to buy anything.
